Yes, all our breads and pastries are made by hand each day in our Bakery. Everything is freshly baked each morning, so once it's gone, it's gone for the day!
While we don't use nuts in all our products, we do handle nuts in the bakery. Whilst we take all the necessary steps to avoid cross-contamination, we wouldn't recommend you ordering from us if you have a severe allergy to any nuts.
We are unable to offer any of our own gluten free products. Because we operate from a relatively small bakery, it would be impossible for us to offer anything that would be regarded as gluten free, as there would always be traces of gluten present in the bakery environment.
We currently supply to Mainland UK only. Delivery is an overnight service, however anything outside of Mainland England and Scotland will take an additional 1-2 working days and may incur an additional charge - for more details please contact us before placing your order.
We always send your orders out for next day delivery to ensure your products are as fresh as possible. All orders are delivered with our courier who deliver between 8am and 6pm. They will send you an email or text confirming when they will deliver. If you haven't received your order on the day you expected, get in contact with us on the following day.
